Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid noise from the dining area and ensure a quieter stay.

the staff was super friendly n helpful. the location is perfect, so many places to eat n shop nearby. the room was clean and the pillows were comfy. i really liked the boutique vibe of the hotel. breakfast was decent too, just not much variety.
but the room i had was super small, like really cramped. plus, i could hear footsteps from upstairs all night, made it hard to sleep.

The cozy room featured a charming fake fireplace, but we faced some confusion with Wi-Fi and delays with key access during check-in. Overall, a lovely stay thanks to the high tea experience and decent location.

Unique design elements, proximity to museums, stylish bar experience
Small room sizes could be improved!!! Noise disturbances from street and internal lifts detracted from an enjoyable stay!!! Dark corridors created an uneasy atmosphere while navigating the hotel!!!

Had an amazing stay with friends! We visited the Natural History Museum and explored Kensington Gardens. The hotel has a stunning breakfast area and the rooms were surprisingly spacious for the price. Just a heads up, the digital shower was amazing, but some rooms might be a bit on the smaller side. I’d definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway.
Unfortunately, I found the check-in process a bit confusing, as multiple parties were having issues at the same time. It created a delay that could have been avoided.

Charming atmosphere with fantastic staff
I had a lovely stay in a cozy double room, enjoying the beautiful decor and warmth of the staff. The location was perfect, surrounded by great eateries and close to public transport, making it easy to explore. the room was quite small, and I found it lacking in some basic amenities that would have improved my comfort.

A good location near major attractions and a friendly, welcoming staff made for a pleasant experience. The room provided a comfortable bed and a nice coffee machine, enhancing our stay. However, the air conditioning was problematic, and the room lacked a decent view, making it feel slightly claustrophobic. Breakfast options were limited, and service could have been faster during busy hours.
